Clare is attracted to projects and roles which draw out and celebrate the multiple narratives of people, place and community. This is something she also explores through her creative writing practice, devising stories collaboratively and presenting these through a range of media including text, book-works, oral testimonies, film, physical objects and exhibitions. Through her Book-a-Story project, Clare produces bespoke fictions and book-art inspired by real people’s life stories and experiences.
Clare can offer a diverse portfolio of skills and expertise including project management, writing/editing skills, fundraising, curation, evaluation, professional development and organisational and strategic development.
